The Amesbury Abbey Group

The Amesbury Abbey Group has been owned and run by the Cornelius-Reid family for nearly five decades, providing outstanding residential, nursing and specialist care as well as a stunning portfolio of homes for independent living. The Group was founded by Mary Cornelius-Reid AM MBE  a night sister at Winchester Hospital, who realised there was a tremendous shortage of quality nursing homes with the sort of exceptional service that a family is ideally positioned to offer. Today it is still run by her three children who are as passionate about the Group, and especially their residents as their mother was all those years ago.
