We know how challenging the past few months have been for us all to be apart since the coronavirus pandemic took over the country, and most especially to our residents and their families.
As always, we go above and beyond to make sure all our residents and members of staff are looked after, which is why we have been unable to allow visitors during these past months.
As the world around us is beginning to venture out, we’re delighted to be able to say that we will now be allowing pre-booked visits from June 15, in which we hope will go some way to giving family members the one-to-one time they so desperately want with their loved ones.
Our commitment to protect and shield our residents remains our first priority, which is why visits will need to be booked in advance.
We’re able to offer the following visiting options, all of which must be arranged with the Home directly, ahead of time.
- Window visits
- Virtual visits via Zoom or Skype
- Visits in the garden
- Visits inside the care home (exceptional circumstances only)
Upon arrival we are asking all family members to sign a health declaration and consent to a temperature check. We will also provide masks, aprons and gloves where required.
For nursing home visits, please contact reception using the number listed below and for indoor Independent living visits please call the on-site wardens.
