Carrot cakes, cheese scones and Belgian Buns were among the line-up of treats that went on sale at Amesbury Abbey and Sutton Manor – raising more than £180 for Macmillan Cancer Support.
“The World’s Biggest Coffee Morning has already raised more than £2m this year, and we were delighted to add our contribution to this amazing charity which is close to our hearts,” said MD Naomi Cornelius-Reid.
“Thanks go firstly to our organisers, Nona and Yvette, and everyone who played a part in laying on the sumptuous spread - and of course to all our lovely residents who had the tough job of sampling the goodies.”
