Meet the producers

Our fantastic team of chefs work across all three of our locations to produce the finest quality food – and all our residents love getting together for their delicious daily lunches and special events we hold throughout the year.

The chefs use only the best ingredients, with a long list of local suppliers delivering fresh, seasonal produce sourced from across the county. 

Our fish and seafood comes from M&J Seafood in Wimborne and meat, game and poultry is from Churchfield Butchers in Salisbury.

We go to family firm Ashton Farms for their wonderful array of delicious cheeses and Heritage Fine Foods for our fresh fruit and vegetables; food carrying the New Forest Marque is collected from growers inside and around the New Forest.

Our residents love ice cream, and the luxury New Forest Ice Cream comes in more than 50 delicious flavours from salted caramel to rhubarb and ginger.

Top quality coffee and tea are very important to us, and we use Caffe Arabica, a family-run business based in Salisbury who supply fine ground coffee and Teapig teas.  

Finally, our fine wines from SH Jones always leave us in high spirits, especially when they visit for one of their now infamous wine tasting afternoons – what’s not to like?
