We had a fantastic Bonfire Night!
It's always one of the most well attended events of the year, and we had a record turn out of residents from the nursing home and independent living as well as staff and their families from both Amesbury and Sutton Manor.
It was just wonderful to see all the different generations enjoying the spectacular display.
A fitting feast was laid on by Yvonne and Manoj, ably assisted by Bernie, with spiced pumpkin soup, hotdogs and jacket potatoes with all the trimmings - and there was some exceptionally delicious mulled wine and hot chocolate, too!
The wonderful display was set off by David and Pete - all together now, OOOOOH......AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
