Park Thatch is an extremely spacious two-bedroom cottage, presented over two floors, located within our award-winning horseshoe of eight thatched cottages to the right of the main drive, opposite Sutton Manor itself.
The front door opens into the entrance hallway with stairs to the right and the ground floor double bedroom with built-in wardrobes and en suite bathroom beyond.
The fully-fitted kitchen lies to the immediate left of the entrance hall and along the hall, the dining room is also on the lefthand side. The cloakroom is at the end of the hallway with the dual aspect sitting room situated to the right, providing a feature fireplace and French doors leading out into the pretty cottage garden.
First floor accommodation comprises in the main an extremely large master bedroom with four built-in double wardrobes across one wall and en suite bathroom. At the top of the stairs there are two further doors on the landing, each of which lead to sizeable ‘eve style’ loft spaces, one of which is currently fully decorated and used as guest accommodation. There is also an access door to the boiler/airing cupboard.
Park Thatch is ideal for either a single resident or a couple looking for a spacious property with immense character and accommodation that is suited to ground floor or two-storey living.
A parking space is also provided.
