Amesbury Abbey Aces - Excellence In The Work Place
'The Amesbury Abbey Aces' scheme; is a company-wide initiative to reward our fantastic staff here at The Amesbury Abbey Group, which we very much hope you will be interested to learn about and participate in.
The scheme was put in place to encourage and recognise excellence in the workplace, not only from those within the care team but from all departments; including housekeeping, catering, administration, gardening and maintenance.
The Aces scheme officially launched in June 2015 and has been a huge success. Nominations are always well received and may be submitted by staff, residents, resident’s relatives and/or members of private companies/public bodies with whom the Group has regular dealings.
If you would like to nominate a member of the team at either Amesbury Abbey, Sutton Manor or Winton House, we have provided an online copy of the nomination form for you to use. Simply download, complete and email to David Cornelius-Reid at the address provided on the nomination form.
A monthly winner from each location will be selected to each receive thank you gift vouchers and one will go on to win the overall title and a well deserved, complimentary day off!
